Für unser Hotel suchen wir SOUSCHEF (M/W/D) AUFGABENMit dem Küchenchef zusammen für 2 Hotels In Kooperation mti der Küchenleitung, Warenkontrolle und Wareneinkauf Sachgerechte Kontrolle und Lagerung der Lebensmittel Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit und Hygiene Herstellung von Speisen für die Halbpensionsküche im gehobenen Hotelsektor Erstellung von Menüvorschlägen und wechselnden Speisekarten Durchführung von Inventuren BENEFITSArbeitsplatz mitten in den Bergen auf 1.650 m Seehöhe moderndes Konzept - Green Hotel Kost und Logis frei Gratis-Nutzung unserer Wellnessräumlichkeiten Ermäßigungen bei Ski -/Bergbahntickets und Kosmetik- und Spa-Behandlungen ab € 2.500 netto (Basis 48 Std./ Woche) Überzahlung nach Qualifikation möglich
Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Küche und Praxis in der österreichischen Hotellerie / Gastronomie • Unternehmerisches Denken (Lebensmitteleinkauf, Warenkontrolle, effizienter Mitarbeitereinsatz) • Kenntnisse über Lebensmittel-Lagerhaltung • körperliche Belastbarkeit • Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften • Selbstständigkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft • Erfahrung mit klimaschonender bzw. veganer Küche von Vorteil • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
