GUEST RELATION MANAGER (M/W/D) AUFGABENHerzlicher Empfang unserer Gäste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste bei Anliegen und Wünschen Reservierungsannahme telefonisch, vor Ort und E-Mail (außerhalb der Reservierungsabteilungszeiten) auf Deutsch und Englisch Effiziente Einteilung der Mitarbeiter Administrative Tätigkeiten als Teil des Front Desk Teams Bereitschaft im täglichen Hotel-, Service- & Restaurantbetrieb mitzuwirken Mit Liebe zum Detail kontrollieren Sie die Sauberkeit im Haus und kümmern sich um heimelige und einladende Atmospäre durch passendes Licht, Deko, Musik BENEFITSSaisonstelle Sicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem familiären Umfeld Gestaltungs- und Handlungsspielraum um den Betrieb weiterzuentwickeln Gutes, familiäres Betriebsklima 45 Stunden, 5-Tage-Woche…. Jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil. • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit • Sie verfügen über ein sehr sicheres Auftreten und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. • Ein Höchstmaß an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und das Auge fürs Detail sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
