The bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cocktail recipes, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
• At least 1 year of full-time experience in a similar position in four-star hotels
• Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary
• Be able to demonstrate that you take initiative and supervise others
• Plenty of experience in high volume, fast-paced work environments
• Individuals must be flexible in their approach, adapt smoothly to last-minute changes, and remain highly customer-focused
• Excellent command of English
• This position requires shift work and flexibility

WHAT’S YOR JOB ABOUT?
• Drink Preparation: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and customer requests.
• Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, recommend drinks, and ensure a positive experience.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times. Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and operate the POS system accurately.
• Preparing bars for each shift in accordance with the standards and procedures manual
• Responsible Alcohol Service: Check customer IDs, monitor alcohol consumption, and refuse service to intoxicated guests when necessary.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
