Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service and looking to join a growing company in the tourism sector? A Barcelona-based tourist apartment agency is looking for a Reservations & Customer Service Representative to ensure an exceptional experience for our guests.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) 📍 Weekdays are worked on-site at our Barcelona office. Weekends are remote (work from home).

Main Responsibilities:

● Online Check-ins: Process guest check-ins in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner.

● Guest Assistance: Provide clear instructions on how to use apartment appliances and amenities.

● Customer Service: Ensure a high-quality guest experience and help maintain our excellent reputation.

● Sales & Upselling: Offer additional services such as parking, late check-ins, and other extras.

● Reservations Management: Handle web and phone inquiries, manage bookings, and convert leads into confirmed reservations.

● Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

● Problem-Solving: Efficiently address and resolve guest issues, even remotely when necessary.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Bachillerato/COU
Experience: De 2 a 3 años
Professional Category: Empleado
Residence Permit: Provincia vacante

What We’re Looking For:

● Responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented individuals

● Excellent communication skills

● High level of English (other languages are a plus)

● Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is required

● Based in or near Barcelona
