Finance Business Partner (m/w/d) - Meliá Seychelles

Job Description

MISSION: Analyses the P&L of the business units to optimise results and achieve objectives. Performs control functions within the business units.

Proposes and supports improvements in their area and other areas of the business unit thanks to their knowledge about the business unit.

 

Your tasks:

 

• Preparation of monthly reporting and forecasts for the management team and financial and non-financial profils
• Preparation of target/actual comparisons including variance analyses
• Support in the financial planning of the entire hotel
• Preparation of budget plans and forecasts as well as ad hoc analyses
• Evaluation of operational key figures and presenting in business reviews
• Leadership and development of team members

 

 

 

What we are looking for:

 

• Bachelor´s degree in Finance or similar flield and at least two years of experience in a similar finance position
• Good analytical skills and excellent financial understanding, as well as experience in budget management
• Established knowledge of international accounting is an advantage
• Knowledge of ERP tools, in particular Microsoft Excel, SAP and of Opera PMS 
• Organized and structured way of working
• Very good written and spoken English skills, Spanish is a plus
• Team player and self motivated
