Como Jefe/a de servicios técnicos en nuestra cadena hotelera en Huelva, España, tendrás la oportunidad de liderar un equipo dedicado a mantener y mejorar la infraestructura técnica de nuestras instalaciones. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la planificación y supervisión de las actividades del departamento técnico, garantizando la calidad y eficiencia en la prestación de servicios. 

Además, te encargarás de gestionar el presupuesto asignado, coordinar con proveedores externos y asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad. ¿Qué harás?
•	Participar en proyectos de digitalización en diferentes áreas de la compañía.
•	Desarrollar pequeñas aplicaciones y herramientas internas.
•	Crear y mantener cuadros de mando e indicadores de gestión.
•	Integrar información procedente de diferentes sistemas y plataformas.
•	Apoyar la implantación de nuevas herramientas y metodologías de trabajo.
•	Automatizar tareas y procesos administrativos u operativos.
•	Colaborar con departamentos como logística, compras, comercial, administración y dirección.
•	Investigar y aplicar nuevas tecnologías e inteligencia artificial para mejorar la eficiencia de la organización.
•	Dar soporte a usuarios en la utilización de nuevas herramientas digitales.

¿Qué buscamos?


•	Formación relacionada con Informática, Sistemas, Desarrollo de Aplicaciones, Ingeniería o similar.
•	Experiencia previa de 1 a 5 años en puestos relacionados.
•	Conocimientos de Power BI, SQL o bases de datos.
•	Experiencia con Microsoft 365.
•	Conocimientos de Power Apps, Power Automate, AppSheet o herramientas similares.
•	Nociones de desarrollo web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
•	Interés por la inteligencia artificial aplicada a la empresa.
•	Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Valoraremos especialmente
•	Experiencia en proyectos de digitalización.
•	Conocimientos de SAP o sistemas ERP.
•	Experiencia en entornos logísticos, industriales o de distribución.
•	Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y proponer mejoras.
