Award-winning Talise Spa provides a sanctuary for guests seeking rejuvenation, featuring world-class amenities and expert therapists.About the Role:An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef position to join our Kitchen Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.Lead and manage all kitchen and court operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, high quality standards, and smooth service across all sections.
Maintain consistency in all dishes, enforce standard recipes, control food costs, and minimize waste.
Supervise, train, and motivate the kitchen and court teams, providing clear guidance and demonstrating proper cooking and service techniques.
Oversee ordering, inventory management, stock rotation, and ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness throughout all kitchen and court areas, and drive menu development, innovation, and production planning.
