Funciones principales Apoyar en la preparación y elaboración de alimentos. Realizar tareas de mise en place y preparación previa al servicio. Colaborar en el emplatado y presentación de platos. Mantener la limpieza y organización de las áreas de trabajo. Controlar y almacenar correctamente los productos y materias primas. Cumplir con las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y prevención de riesgos. Trabajar en coordinación con el resto del equipo de cocina para asegurar un servicio eficiente. Requisitos Valorable experiencia previa en cocina o restauración. Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de cocina. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Responsable, organizado/a y con atención al detalle.
