IntroductionFor the upcoming Winter Season 2026, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Rang for our restaurant “1818 Eat & Drink”! Your main tasks Independently managing a station Upscale food and beverage service Setting up and laying the station Benefits Central staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt and Täsch Employee, Family & Friends room rates and other benefits (e.g., in the many restaurants of MRH-Zermatt SA hotels) Exclusive fitness room available for staff, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt Access to our pool area during staff swim times Doors open to various courses through a development program, for example with the company Ritzy Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain lift passes with the Zermatt resident card For employees who cannot or do not want to work the full winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we support them in finding a complementary position together with our partner hotels

Completed professional training and several years of work experience in Switzerland or abroad
Fluent in English and good knowledge of German and French
Creative personality with a well-groomed appearance
Ability to work independently and strong interpersonal skills
