Escort guests to rooms and explain key features. Handle luggage for arrivals, departures, and room moves. Assist with transport and directions. Support Reception and Concierge teams. Maintain order and cleanliness in entrance areas. Ensure discretion and guest care. Requirements: Experience in luxury hotels is a plus. English required; Spanish/other languages are a plus. Polished appearance and customer focus. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Physically fit to handle luggage. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Requisitos: Experiencia en hoteles de lujo (deseable). Inglés imprescindible; se valoran otros idiomas. Buena presencia y vocación de servicio. Disponibilidad para turnos, fines de semana y festivos. Capacidad física para mover equipaje. Actitud positiva y trabajo en equipo.
