Mission: As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the ME spirit through a warm, stylish, and personalized welcome. Your mission is to ensure an impeccable experience from the very beginning, upholding the highest standards of presentation, courtesy, and excellence.
What will you have to do?
• Welcome and farewell guests with professionalism and elegance.
• Manage table allocations and escort guests to their tables.
• Present menus and support guests throughout their dining experience.
• Handle reservations, ensuring accurate guest information and preferences are recorded.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service.
• Respond to guest enquiries and communicate feedback to management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
What We Are Looking For?
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a strong customer-service mindset and team spirit.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
