Assistant Restaurant Manager

DIE AUFGABEN:Unterstützung des Service Managers bei der Organisation des täglichen Serviceablaufs. Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Servicebereich in Abwesenheit des Restaurantleiters. Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung und Anleitung neuer Teammitglieder. Sicherstellung eines freundlichen und professionellen Gästeservices. Kontrolle der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Restaurantbereich. Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards. Mithilfe bei der Koordination zwischen Service und Küche. Bearbeitung kleinerer Gästewünsche und -anliegen vor Ort. Motivation des Teams und Vorleben der Service-Standards.
