Sus funciones serán las siguientes:
Realización de inventarios, gestión de compras de material y uniformes de personal.
Asignación de tareas, reparto de planes de trabajo y confección de turnos
Revisión de la limpieza en las habitaciones y zonas comunes
Gestión, supervisión y formación del personal a su cargo
Atención de clientes y seguimiento de sus necesidades y satisfacción.

Como Camarero/a de Pisos en JS Hotels, tendrás la importante responsabilidad de mantener impecables las habitaciones y áreas comunes, asegurando una experiencia excepcional para nuestros huéspedes. Tus labores incluirán la limpieza y organización de las habitaciones, reposición de amenities, reporte de averías y coordinación con el departamento de lavandería para mantener un alto estándar de calidad. Qualifications & Experience
•	Previous experience working with children, ideally in a hotel, camp, or childcare setting.
•	Fluency in English.
•	Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
•	Genuine love for working with children and a positive, energetic attitude.
•	Ability to plan and lead engaging activities for kids.
•	Responsible, patient, and good at communicating with both children and parents.

Como Recepcionista, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros huéspedes, asegurando que su llegada y estadía sean lo más agradables posible. Responsabilidades:

• Atender a los huéspedes al momento de su llegada y salida, realizando el proceso de check-in y check-out de manera eficiente.
• Proporcionar información a los huéspedes sobre los servicios del hotel, eventos locales y otros temas de interés.
• Gestionar las reservas de habitaciones y coordinar con otros departamentos para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes.

• Mantener la recepción limpia, ordenada y bien equipada para recibir a los huéspedes.

• Mantener registros precisos de las llegadas y salidas de los huéspedes.

Requisitos:
- Nivel de alemán intermedio/avanzado (se valorarán otros idiomas).
• Título de educación media o técnica en turismo, administración o afines (preferible).
• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o en la industria hotelera es valorada, pero no indispensable.
• Conocimiento básico de sistemas de gestión hotelera (se valora conocimiento de programa Timon).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato con los clientes.
• Actitud profesional, puntualidad y presentación personal.
• Capacidad para trabajar en turnos de tarde y noches (incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos).
