• Welcome and take our guests on a journey to Italy, making every moment of service warm and convivial.
• Have a perfect knowledge of the restaurant menu (products and wines) to guide and advise guests in their choices.

Use sales techniques to optimize the average check and contribute to the restaurant’s economic performance.
