Mission: As a Head Waiter, you will lead by example on the restaurant floor, ensuring service excellence at every moment. You will coordinate the service team, uphold ME Lisbon’s high-quality standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations.
What will you do?
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team during daily operations.
• Ensure memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and delivering attentive, refined service.
• Coordinate table service, manage reservations flow, and oversee service timing and quality.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring brand and service standards are met.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Communicate operational feedback and improvement opportunities to management.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Waiter, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and service-driven approach.
• Passion for quality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid knowledge of F&B service, food handling, hygiene, and food safety.
