Wealth of Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry and have ideally already demonstrated your strengths in an operational leadership role. Leadership Personality: You stand out through natural authority, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Commitment: A pronounced hands-on mentality characterizes you, along with resilience and flexibility in day-to-day operations. Language Skills: Business-fluent English is essential for this role. Italian language skills are a major advantage; German skills are also welcome. Professional Demeanor: As a representative host, you act professionally at all times, are highly guest-oriented, and actively foster team spirit.
