Job Description

Your Task:

Proactive sale of rooms from both Wolfsburg hotels
Trusted contact person for our guests
work with the hotel software OPERA
Independent processing of customer inquiries including writing confirmations
Professional handling of complaint management
You process online bookings and work closely with the front office team
Maintain the systems with the support of the reservation manager and carry out price checks

Your Profil:

Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
You have already gained initial professional experience at reception or in reservations
Ideally you have already worked with OPERA
You have a good command of English and are proficient in the MS Office package
You see yourself as a service provider and are good at dealing with different types of guests
You are a team player and a good communicator
