We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager UK & IE to lead a strategic new market entry project, playing a key role in establishing and scaling our presence in the region. About the Role This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who wants to go beyond execution and take ownership of a new market development project from the ground up. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for launching Restel’s activity in a new region, building a client base from scratch, and defining a long-term growth strategy. This is an opportunity to be part of a greenfield project with strong expansion potential, backed by a solid international company. Key Responsibilities • Lead the market strategy within the assigned region. • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients (Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, etc.). • Develop and execute a regional business plan with a clear growth roadmap. • Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to position Restel effectively. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. • Act as the main point of contact in the region, representing Restel’s brand and value proposition. • Monitor performance and continuously optimize commercial strategy to drive results. Requirements • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. • Previous experience in sales or business development, ideally within the travel industry. • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build business from scratch. • Proven client-facing experience and strong negotiation skills. • High level of English (additional languages are a plus). • Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. • Open to freelance contract work.
