Job Description

Boutique Hotel in Sintra is looking for 2 employees (Couple) to work as caretakers, responsible and dynamic to ensure that all the details of our space are taken care of with dedication and excellence.

Functions:

Employee 1 – Maintenance:

 Perform general maintenance of the accommodation
 Purchase management (products to ensure maintenance).
Employee 2 – Cleaning or Reception of customers
Cleaning:
 Cleaning of common spaces and rooms and preparing them for check-ins;
 Preparation of breakfasts in case of need.
 Stock management and laundry in partnership with the General Manager (cleaning
and breakfast products, ensuring delivery and collection of linen for the rooms)
Reception
 Fluent English
 Good presentation
 Sympathy
 Taste for customer service

OFFER:

 Hours: Indoor
 Days off: 2 days, to be taken during the week in high season;
 Net remuneration for each one.

Requirements:

 Proficiency in English for only 1 of the employees if employee 2 applies for cleaning
- important to communicate with foreign guests
 Sense of responsibility and commitment;
 Organizational skills;
 Initiative and proactive attitude;
 Good communication skills;
 Driving license (mandatory condition for one of the employees);
 Availability for entry in 1 month after sellection.
 Minimum professional experience of 1 year as a couple of caretakers (references
required);
 Responsible, ability to work in a team, discreet and carefully presented;
 Maintenance knowledge & gardening skills is a mandatory requirement for
employee 1.
