Job Description

 Open and management of travel files;
 Designing and developing Itineraries according to customer profiles;
 Provision to customers with detailed Travel Information and advice by phone or email;
 Negotiating for services with vendors;
 Costing and pricing of tour packages, converting these to bookings;
 Developing website tours content;
 Making tours, transportation, and accommodation reservations;
 High level of Responsibility and Confidentiality;
 Documentation procedures;
 Manage travel files independently;
 Coordination of several travel services;
 Maximizing sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades;
 Offering excellent customer service and dealing with constraints calmly and diplomatically.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Licenciatura
Experience: Entre 1 e 2 anos
Professional Category: Empregado
Residence Permit: União Europeia

 Tourism Management Degree;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Portuguese and English);
 Proficient in Excel and World;
 To be thorough and pay attention to detail;
 Active listening skills;
 Customer service skills;
 Should be Highly Organized in the Work;
 Confidentiality;
 The ability to sell products and services;
 Administration skills;
 A desire to help people.
