Big Mamma is a Franco-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 24 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

Our mission? To share the special ambience of the finest places in the Italian tradition, by creating unique moments of sharing with our customers.

Your Mission:

• Welcoming all our customers with the BIG SMILE!


• Take our customers on a trip to Italy and make sure they have the best time of their day.


• Learn all the secrets of our Seven Room reservation software to become an expert in managing reservations and optimising tables.


• Understand the type of customer you have in front of you


• Manage stress well and find the right solutions to the problems you face.


• Become an expert in the art of easing the wait.

Our Offer:

• Permanent working contract


• 30H/week with 2 consecutive days off


• We can evaluate also a part-time contract, 20/25 hours per week
