Job description

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join the Guesthouse Front office team, who are a highly motivated, professional, ambitious, and passionate. You be responsible for: • The check-in and check-out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations, answering all calls, and assisting guests with all guest requests. • Cooperating with all departments within the hotel. • Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable. Your skills: • Outstanding customer service skills. • English and Portuguese are mandatory. • Fantastic attention to detail. • Passion for hospitality and customer service. • Good time management. Requirements: • Work experience as Hotel Front Desk, Receptionist, or similar role. • At least 2 years of customer service experience. • The candidate must be fluent in Portuguese and English. • Schedule flexibility. (day shift/night shift) • Two places if needed(Lisboa/Cascais) • Orientation to obtain results. • Sense of responsibility and mission. • Immediate availability. • Freelance service (Recibo verde) is plus. • Working schedule from 8h30-17h30 or 13h30 to 22h30. Full time, 2 rotating days off per week.
