Job Description

Your Task:

  • Production of the daily mise en place
  • Preparation and cooking of menus mainly for the à la carte business of the hotel restaurant SYNDEO and the roof terrace BAR CARBANA
  • Preparation and cooking of culinary buffets and menus for the banquet (conferences, events) and breakfast service areas
  • Co-designing the menu and its practical implementation
  • Supervision and control of the staff canteen
  • Compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP guidelines
  • Ordering, receiving and checking goods as well as professional stocking
  • Carrying out inventories
  • If necessary, instructing trainees in the kitchen and training new employees
