About the Role:An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist position to join our Spain Department.The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Greet guests and provide a warm welcome upon their arrival at the spa Manage appointments,handle cancellations, and rescheduling of spa services. Answer phone calls and inquiries Process payments for spa services and handle cash and credit transactions Promote and sell spa products, as well as additional treatments or special packages.
