We Are Reinventing the Shore Excursion Industry. We Need You to Help Us! We are trying to reinvent the shore excursions currently delivered to passengers. We don't take large groups of tourists around Old Towns following an umbrella in 35 degree heat ! To do this we need shore excursion personalities who break the age-old tour guide stereotype. We don't want robots who simply give out historical facts, keep to a set route and don't show initiative. We want people new to this type of work, who have a strong personality, and ensure our clients have a great day to remember. Above all, we want personalities who want to help us grow into the largest shore excursion provider in the world, fast! Why do this work? Meet amazing new people every day. Eat and drink with them and have a great time every day. ....and get paid from 25 Euros per hour to do it! Everyone of our tourists has a story. You will be stunned at some of them. Thats what this job is about. Variety, meeting new people every day, learning about life through their stories, and above all ensuring they have a day to remember. Plus, we are introducing our 'Flying Tour Leaders' initiative where we send our shore excursions operatives to different parts of the world like the Caribbean for a season. Training We give you full training. Essencially, we take you on some escursions, you learn the routes and then when youre ready you take the excursions yourself. We have positions in the following ports and cities: Ibiza Valencia Barcelona Madrid Alicante Marseille France Naples Malaga Malta Athens Seville Grenada Plus we are now expanding into the Caribbean.
