Big Mamma is a Franco-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened 28 restaurants in Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany and Italy).

Chef de partie 🍝👩🏻‍🍳

Your Mission :

• Independently manage one part of the kitchen in a brigade of 5 to 10 people.


• Manage and oversee the organization of your part of the kitchen: daily preparations, set-ups and hygiene.


• Guaranteeing the quality of execution of our recipes and compliance with technical specifications. (verification of set-ups, taste/flavor conformity of our more generic desserts).


• Ensure the integration and training of new arrivals to help them develop their skills.


• Participate in month-ends and inventory-taking.
