We are currently looking for Cluster Sales Manager to look after our Leisure segment across our London Hotels:
Meliá White House Hotel, NW1 3UP
ME London Hotel, WC2R 1HA
Meliá Kensington Hotel, SW7 4PE
Sales Manager - Leisure
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· To pro-actively hunt for new accounts with a high business potential for the hotel. Ensure the rate negotiation in line with the Hotels objectives and business plan targets targeting high end ADR for The Level at Melia White House & Melia London Kensington
· Participate in sales blitz, presentations, road-shows, FAM trips and other sales actions.
· Support other sales team members in sales actions; show rounds, FAM trips, presentations, reports, and other projects as part of the daily sales duties in the department.
· Daily research of the new potential accounts, by identifying them in the daily arrival list and/or media and publications, with aim to contract new accounts and achieve the yearly budget
· Contribute to the implementation of various key projects of the within sales team, which are in line with the business plan and budget objectives.
· Work closely with our Global Sales office
What We’re Looking For:
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
· Exceptional written & spoken English
· Deep understanding of hotel operations, brand strategies, and customer experience tools.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and service-oriented mindset.
