Job Description

🎯 

Responsibilities Include:


  • Dealing with Guest Queries

  • Management of guest luggage

  • Managing guest admission

  • Assisting the reception team

  • General Porter Duties

Requirements:


  • Previous customer care experience is required
    Candidate must be reliable and flexible with working hours

  • You must be legally allowed to work 40 hours per week

  • Requires very strong communication skills, fluency in English is a must.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding job which includes regular lifting and a lot of walking.

  • Must be able to regularly lift baggage and luggage.
