You will be overseeing the cold section and preparation of cold dishes, antipasti and insalate! You will be onboarding and training new cold section and prep chefs, working closely with kitchen management and ensuring the cold section is operating smoothly. You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day! You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude. YOUR SKILLS: Big Smile and passion for Italian food! Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit Excellent teamwork, leadership and communication skills Previous experience as a Chef de Partie Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings OUR OFFER: Permanent, full-time position  €16 per hour  5 days working week with 2 days off Tasty staff food served family style Regular training & growth opportunities Mobility across all of our venues in Europe Ti aspettiamo!
