Mission

As an IT Technician, your mission is to ensure the smooth operation of all hotel technology systems, supporting both guest-facing and internal services. Your role is vital in maintaining the digital infrastructure that powers our guest experience, from check-in systems to Wi-Fi networks, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across all departments.

What You Will Do

  1. System Maintenance & Support

    • Monitor and maintain hotel IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.
    • Provide first-line support to staff for hardware and software issues.
  2. Guest Technology Assistance

    • Support guests with connectivity issues and ensure seamless access to digital services.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot in-room technology and entertainment systems.
  3. Network & Security Management

    • Ensure secure and stable internet and intranet connections.
    • Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor for potential threats.
  4. Software & Hardware Management

    • Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
    • Manage inventory of IT equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  5. Collaboration with External Providers

    • Liaise with third-party vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  6. Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
    • Provide regular reports to the IT Manager and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and network systems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS, POS, IPTV, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a collaborative spirit.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Albanian or Spanish is a plus.
