Wir bieten den Gästen höchste Qualität und Ausstattung mit 96 Zimmern und Suiten in der Top Destination Davos, Schweiz. Homepage: www.victoria-davos.ch Ihre Aufgaben Herzlicher Umgang mit unseren Gästen am Telefon und bei Check in & Check out Annahme von Individual- & Gruppenreservierungen und deren Beantwortung/Buchung Organisatorische & administrative Aufgaben im Front- & Back-Office-Bereich Vertretung des Rezeptionsleiters bei Abwesenheit, Übernahme einzelner Aufgaben Ansprechpartner & ein offenes Ohr für alle Gästewünsche sein sowie Concierge Arbeiten (Restaurant Reservationen, Verkauf Skitickets, Organisation Transfers, etc.) gewissenhafte Kassen- & Schichtführung (aller Konten, Restaurants und Bar) Professionelle Reklamationsannahme- & Bearbeitung und weiterleitung Schnittstelle des Hotels für Kommunikation, Koordination & Informationsaustausch mit allen Abteilungen (Room Service, Restaurants, Küche) Wir bietenMitarbeit in einem kleinen, sympathischen Team flache Hierarchien und kurze Kommunikationswege zeitgemässe und faire Anstellungsbedingungen Bei Bedarf Hilfe bei der Suche einer Unterkunft Arbeitszeit 60-100% nach Absprache möglich
Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Receptionist/-in an einer Hotelfachschule und, oder mindestens 3 Jahre Praxis an der Rezeption • Ein freundliches & sicheres Auftreten gegenüber dem Gast und ein gepflegtes äußeres Erscheinungsbild • Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität gegenüber Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen • Am besten Erfahrung im Umgang mit Protel Cloud PMS (nicht zwingend erforderlich, von Vorteil) • Sehr gute Kenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
