AufgabenLeading the service team inLe Grand Hall,our iconic all-day dining venue and lounge, you will have operational responsibility for one of our hotel's signature dining venues, serving among other things authentic Indian cuisine and specialities from our pastry kitchen.Daily restaurant operations, including table allocation and guest flow, will fall under your responsibility, ensuring both outstanding service and optimal operational performance.Creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality and personalised service will be at the heart of your role.Working closely with the Executive Chef, Bar team and other departments, you will maintain the highest standards in food and beverage presentation and service delivery.You will take ownership of recruiting, developing and managing the service team, ensuring the highest levels of engagement, performance and service excellence.Close collaboration with the Events team and other hotel departments will ensure the smooth execution of private functions and special occasions hosted in Le Grand Hall.Supporting management with operational reporting, cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting will contribute to the ongoing success of the outlet.Angebot10-month contract, start to be discussed, with the possibility to renew from November 2027.5-day working week averaging 43.5 hours, with 5 weeks' holiday and 6 public holidays per year.13th month's salary from the start of employment (pro rata temporis).Accommodation in one of our new staff houses.Meals available in our new and modern staff restaurant.Opportunity to work in an attractive environment with development and career growth opportunities.If you are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and enjoy leading a team in one of Switzerland's most iconic luxury hotels, we look forward to receiving your complete online application.

  • Several years of management experience within a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel, ideally in a Restaurant Manager or comparable leadership role.

  • A natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop teams while creating a positive and professional working environment.

  • A confident, polished and service-oriented personality, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalised guest experiences of the highest standard.

  • Strong organisational skills, sound commercial awareness and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English is essential. Either German or Italian is required.
