Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team Verantwortung für die Zubereitung, Präsentation und den Geschmack der Speisen im entsprechenden Bereich Einhaltung der Rezepte und Standards zur Qualitätssicherung Anleitung und Schulung der Commis de Cuisine und anderer Küchenmitarbeiter im eigenen Bereich Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe und Unterstützung bei der Planung der Küche Vorbereitung von Zutaten und Speisen gemäß den Menüplänen Organisation der Mise en Place zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während des Service Anpassung von Rezepturen und Techniken zur Verbesserung der Speisen Entwicklung neuer Gerichte und saisonaler Angebote in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Küchenabteilungen, um einen koordinierten Service zu gewährleisten Teilnahme an Besprechungen zur Menüplanung und kulinarischen Konzepten Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Lagerbestände und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Position
Fundierte Kenntnisse über Kochtechniken, Küchenorganisation und gastronomische Trends
Erfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Küchenstilen und Zubereitungsmethoden
Fähigkeit zur Anleitung und Motivation eines Teams
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
Fähigkeit, in einem stressigen und schnellen Umfeld effizient und ruhig zu arbeiten
Hoher Anspruch an eigene Leistungen und die der Kollegen
Leidenschaft für das Kochen und die Kreation neuer Gerichte
Offenheit für neue kulinarische Techniken und Geschmackskombinationen
Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und in Englisch

What Makes YOU Stand Out

Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally in a similar position
In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen organization, and culinary trends
Experience with various kitchen styles and preparation methods
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a stressful and fast-paced environment
High standards for personal performance and that of colleagues
Passion for cooking and creating new dishes
Openness to new culinary techniques and flavor combinations
Fluently in German and/or English
