Ando Living is looking for a Villa Resident Manager to lead the opening and operations of an exclusive 16-villa resort in Comporta, set to launch in Q4 2025. This marks the brand’s first countryside project, blending Ando Living’s premium hospitality with the natural beauty and tranquility of Comporta.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience – Ensure a seamless and personalized luxury stay, aligning with Ando Living’s high service standards.
Operational Management – Oversee daily operations, including arrivals, departures, villa maintenance, and overall service excellence.
Hands-On Leadership – Be an active presence on-site, engaging with guests and leading by example.
Team Recruitment & Development – Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team.
Supplier & Partner Coordination – Manage service providers (housekeeping, maintenance) to maintain top-tier standards.
Sustainability & Local Integration – Implement eco-friendly practices and promote authentic regional experiences.
Financial Oversight – Handle budgets, condominium financials, and P&L to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Departments Under your Responsibility:
Front Office & Reception – Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services.
Housekeeping & Maintenance – Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of villas and common areas.
Condominium Administration – Overseeing villa property management.
F&B (Limited Scope) – Supervising a villa breakfast delivery service and a concept market store.

Profile
Experience: 5-7 years in luxury hospitality, preferably in countryside hotels, residences, or villa resorts.
Pre-Opening Experience: Strongly preferred.
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese & English (additional languages are a plus).
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment;
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to handle challenges proactively, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction;
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with hospitality management systems, digital booking platforms, and financial reporting tools;
Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality, aesthetics, and guest experience personalization;
Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to Comporta and adjust to a dynamic work environment.
