Seasonal Hotel: From March to October

MISSION:
Responsible for the bar department, leading the operations of the assigned consumption centers while ensuring proper management and customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the operations of the bar department.

• Control and ensure compliance with daily and monthly inventory procedures for tableware, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, and decorative items.

• Control and ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance procedures, deep cleaning, and equipment management for the bar department.

• Ensure the proper handling of menu items, liquor lists, and promotions within the department.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s and department’s financial objectives and ensure they are met.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar position.

• English proficiency.

• Knowledge in mixology and related areas is highly valued.

• Training in Hospitality or Tourism is desirable.

• Experience in team management, leadership, and customer orientation.
