We're looking for a Key Position for our 5-star Resort in Madeira Island!


About the role:

OAM plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day management of resort operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, guest satisfaction, and operational performance. The role requires a proactive and hands-on leader with a solid background in luxury hospitality.



Key Responsabilities:

-Oversee daily activities across departments including F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Experience, Spa and Entertainment
-Coordinate and control cross-departmental efforts to ensure seamless operations
-Assist in implementing strategic plans and operational improvements
-Handle operational incidents and guest complaints professionally
-Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
-Support staff training and ongoing development initiatives


Key Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
-Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star resort environment
-Strong knowledge of hotel operations and quality assurance
-Proven experience in Rooms Division is highly preferred
-Familiar with ongoing guest contact and hospitality
-Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an asset
-Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
