Misión Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable, el servicio y venta de cocteles, la atención directa al cliente/a y la conservación, mantenimiento y preparación de las áreas y útiles de trabajo necesarios para el correcto desarrollo del servicio. Responsabilidades y tareas OFRECER EL MAYOR ESTANDAR DE SERVICIO A LOS/LAS HUESPEDES • Mise en Place: colaborar en la preparación y limpieza del puesto de trabajo y del material e instalaciones. • Colabora en la realización del servicio que se le haya asignado con especial atención al cliente/a. • Desbarase del servicio y limpieza del puesto. • Preparación del siguiente servicio. • Funciones de cajero/a bajo supervisión (bienvenida al cliente/a, gestión de caja/tpv, despedida del cliente/a).
