About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and F&B, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and cost control.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Prepare reports on sales, labor costs, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Fluent English speaker
Portuguese is not mandatory but highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
