Job Description

ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its modern design and excellent service. It offers a unique experience for both business and leisure travelers.

What You Will Do

Social Media (professional level)
•    Management of the monthly calendar for Instagram and Google Business, at a minimum

•    Copywriting

•    Organizing photoshoots and creating original content
•    Active listening and effective management of collaborations and agreements with influential profiles
•    Excellent writing skills for customer service and restaurant operations
•    Constantly updating information across all digital channels
•    Google Business news calendar management
•    Activation proposals based on local insights

Graphic Design (Intermediate Level):

•    Although templates will be provided by the central office, the candidate should have knowledge of design tools for updating restaurant content
•    Editing dossiers, menus, special pieces (such as highlights), cards, etc
•    Proficiency in both online and offline formats
•    Ability to edit paid media pieces and knowledge in optimizing these types of campaigns, in case this is considered

WordPress (Intermediate Level):

•    Updating website content (menus, pop-ups, landing pages, etc.).

Newsletter

•    Content creation for regular CRM newsletter distribution.

Collaboration with PR Agents

•    Providing updated information for operational pitches
•    Organizing press visits
•    Supervising digital reporting

Handling Supplier Requests Based on Operational Needs:

•    Signs, vinyls, prints, support materials, etc.

The candidate must be able to adapt to the brand guidelines as defined in the Brand Book across all areas.
