Freelance or Part-Time Marketing Freelancer (Restaurant Focus)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing freelancer to support the launch and growth of an exciting new healthy-focused takeaway restaurant concept. We are launching a new brand, and looking for someone with existing experience in restaurant marketing.

Key focus areas:
- Launch Strategy: Shape and support the go-to-market plan for a new restaurant brand
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations with like-minded brands, fitness studios, wellness organizations, local businesses, and influencers
- Content and Campaigns: Develop and coordinate targeted campaigns to build awareness and drive orders across digital channels and local networks
- Ongoing Marketing Support: Potential to assist with marketing initiatives across our broader portfolio of restaurant and hospitality businesses

You Are:
- A seasoned marketing professional with proven experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
- A natural networker with a passion for building authentic partnerships
- Strategic and hands-on—you can both design the big picture and execute the details
- Comfortable working independently and proactively within a startup-style environment
- Highly organized, creative, and results-driven

Bonus Points:
- Experience launching new restaurant concepts or working with restaurants in Lisbon
- Knowledge of Lisbon’s food and wellness scene (or similar urban markets)
- Familiarity with social media marketing, event partnerships, and influencer outreach
