Restaurante Ibaya
Ibaya, the gastronomic restaurant of Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa, is the only one in Andorra with a Michelin star since 2021. Directed by chefs Francis Paniego and Jordi Grau, it offers a culinary proposal that combines innovation and tradition, elevating Andorran gastronomy to an exceptional level. Open all year round, Ibaya invites you to enjoy a unique experience where creativity and flavor come together. Access allowed for children over 8 years old.
Resturante Koy by Hermitage
Our second gastronomic proposal, distinguished with a mention in the Michelin Guide, offers a high Japanese cuisine experience. Advised by chef Hideki Matsuhisa, from Koy Shunka (Barcelona), it proposes two tasting menus and a select menu. Each dish is accompanied by traditional drinks, beers and wines chosen to enhance the flavors. Formal attire is required to access our restaurants.
Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa
In the heart of the Pyrenees, in Soldeu (Andorra), a 5-star hotel is born at 1,850 m altitude that redefines luxury in the heart of nature. Its elegant rooms and lounges with views offer a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. In addition, guests enjoy exclusive access to the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa, a 5,000 m² space on five floors dedicated to wellness, health and beauty, ideal for relaxing and connecting with the essence of the mountain.
