We are looking for a French Quality Specialist to join our team.
As a Quality Specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
Supports Quality scaled quality audits that reviews interactions across all lines of businesses across modalities ( InApp, Chat, Phone). This will be an audit the auditor program that will focus on audited interactions from the client's CoE’s.
Reviews previously adjudicated documents to assess if the reviewer / agent followed business and compliance requirements for the client.
Leads and facilitates alignment sessions with the BPOs.
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and provide constructive feedback to the client.
Analyzes Quality trend and provides recommendations for the program supported.
Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
Ensures that all team members (Foundever) comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Foundever and its Clients, ensuring staff is given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.
