EinleitungIn Zweisimmen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin und nach Vereinbarung einen organisierten und motivierten Küchenchef (m/w/d) für das Gasthaus Derby Deine AufgabenKreation und Elaboration der Menüs und Tagesspezialitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsleiter Angebotsplanung und Durchführung privater Anlässe Schulen, Einarbeiten und Fördern deiner kleinen Brigade, Einsatzplanung mit der Betriebsleitung, Einhaltung des L-GAV Nachhaltigkeit im Wareneinkauf und -einsatz, monatliche Inventur Strikte Einhaltung der HACCP Standards auch der administrativen Aufgaben Wir bietenSorgfältige Einarbeitung Anspruchsvolles und interessantes Tätigkeitsgebiet Weiterbildung und Karriere Möglichkeiten Aufgestelltes und freundliches Team Zeitgemässe Arbeitsbedingungen, Attraktive Lohn Benefits Auf Wunsch Personalunterkunft
