Agencia de Guías Turísticos que ofrece visitas guiadas al Patrimonio Histórico-Artístico de Granada en varios idiomas.
Clientes potenciales: Agencias de Viajes, Centros Educativos, Instituciones Públicas y/o Privadas y, en menor medida, Particulares.

Buscamos Guías Turísticos para hacer visitas en inglés, francés, italiano o alemán en el Patrimonio Histórico-Artístico de Granada (Alhambra, Catedral y Capilla Real, Albayzín y Sacromonte, etc...).

Requisito indispensable, estar en posesión del carnet oficial de guía turístico.

ABOUT OUR OFFER

A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 1858€ gross/month.

In case you speak English plus one of the following languages; Dutch or German  then your basic salary starts at 1954€ gross/month.

A company iPad & uniform are of course standard. 

Work week of 39 hours with minimum 2 days off.

22 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day).

ABOUT THE JOB 

As the friendly TUI face at the airport, you warmly welcome them and build strong connections with each one. Making sure you create special moments for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Be prepared to handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment, ensuring all guests’ questions are fully answered from their first to their last interaction. 

Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by reliably handling all aspects of arrivals, departures, and transfers. Deliver see-off speeches on the buses before guests head off to their resorts. 

Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback. Celebrate successes in meeting targets, solving problems, and providing great service.

Procuramos motoristas profissionais, educados e experientes para operar carrinhas destinadas ao transporte de clientes de turismo de luxo. 
O candidato ideal deverá possuir excelentes competências de atendimento ao cliente, um profundo conhecimento da região e um compromisso com a prestação de uma experiência de viagem premium.

Descrição / Funções
•	Transportar clientes de nível elevado, com segurança e eficiência para diversos destinos
•	Garantir um serviço profissional, elegante e acolhedor em todas as interações
•	Manter a limpeza e a apresentação impecável do veículo, assim como acautelar as necessidades do carregamento elétrico do veículo
•	Fornecer informações turísticas locais, recomendações e insights personalizados às preferências dos clientes
•	Gerir horários, garantindo pontualidade e fiabilidade
•	Adaptar-se às necessidades dos clientes, demonstrando flexibilidade e discrição
•	Realizar inspeções regulares e reportar o estado do veículo, assegurando a manutenção, segurança e eficiência
