Mission: As the Senior Guest Relations, you will be the face of Attiko Restaurant and Rooftop. With confidence, elegance, and natural charisma, you will create exceptional first impressions, build meaningful relationships with guests, and deliver personalised experiences that reflect the luxury and lifestyle spirit of the ME by Meliá brand.
What You Will Do?
- Deliver a warm, stylish, and personalized welcome experience to all guests, ensuring memorable first impressions.
- Manage reservations, guest flow, table allocations, and VIP arrivals, optimizing both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, VIP clients, influencers, and key partners.
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, anticipating needs, handling requests, and resolving concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate closely with Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, and Guest Experience teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest journey.
- Support and guide the Host/Hostess team, promoting excellence in service and adherence to brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Contribute to creating an energetic, sophisticated, and vibrant atmosphere aligned with the luxury lifestyle positioning of Attiko and ME Lisbon.
- Promote guest loyalty through personalized service and meaningful guest engagement.
What We Are Looking For?
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Head Host/Hostess, Guest Experience, or a similar guest-facing role within luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, rooftop bars, nightlife, or lifestyle venues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to build relationships and create memorable experiences for VIP and high-profile guests.
- A charismatic and polished personality, with excellent presentation and a natural passion for hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.Passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle experiences, gastronomy, and entertainment.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
