MICE, Corporate & Partnerships Specialist (Remote) – Build relationships that drive business This is not just an operational role. It is a role focused on commercial impact, relationship building, and business growth. At Ukino Hotels, we are looking for someone who will take ownership of the MICE, Corporate, and Partnerships segment, contributing directly to business growth. Your impact: – Coordinating group business for Ukino Hotels – Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating with clients and partners – Managing commercial follow-ups and contract closing – Planning and coordinating group and event operations – Acting as the link between clients and hotel teams – Managing corporate accounts and strategic partnerships – Identifying new business opportunities – Building long-term relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and partners What makes this role different: You will not simply coordinate groups. Procuramos alguém que: – Tenha forte orientação comercial e capacidade de negociação – Saiba construir relações duradouras com clientes e parceiros – Combine organização operacional com visão de negócio – Seja proativo, dinâmico e orientado para resultados – Tenha capacidade analítica e foco na rentabilidade – Demonstre autonomia, responsabilidade e espírito de equipa – Trabalhe eficazmente em ambientes multidisciplinares – Possua experiência em hotelaria, grupos, corporate, MICE ou desenvolvimento de parcerias We are looking for someone who: – Has a strong commercial mindset and excellent negotiation skills – Knows how to build long-term relationships with clients and partners – Combines operational organisation with business vision – Is proactive, dynamic, and results-driven – Has strong analytical skills and a focus on profitability – Demonstrates autonomy, responsibility, and team spirit – Works effectively across departments – Has experience in hospitality, groups, corporate business, MICE, or partnerships Requisitos: – Formação técnica ou superior – Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador – Excelente capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal – Experiência em hotelaria, vendas, MICE, corporate ou grupos será valorizada Idiomas: – Inglês obrigatório – Português e Espanhol valorizados Requirements: – Technical or higher education qualification – Good computer skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Previous experience in hospitality sales, MICE, groups, or corporate business will be valued Languages: – English mandatory – Portuguese and Spanish highly valued
