En el Hotel AC Irla buscamos un/a Recepcionista que represente la primera impresión de nuestro hotel ante los clientes. Queremos una persona profesional, cercana y resolutiva, capaz de ofrecer un servicio de calidad y contribuir a que cada estancia sea una experiencia inolvidable. Tus funciones principales Gestionar reservas telefónicas y por correo electrónico. Realizar el check-in y check-out de clientes. Atender solicitudes e informar sobre instalaciones, horarios, alrededores y cualquier otra consulta. Resolver quejas y reclamaciones, remitiendo las más graves al Jefe de Recepción. Controlar la facturación diaria y efectuar el cuadre de caja. Mantener actualizado y en orden el sistema de gestión. Realizar seguimiento del booking y de los cierres, gestionándolos personalmente en caso necesario. Qué buscamos en ti Orientación al cliente y vocación de servicio. Habilidades de comunicación claras y profesionales. Capacidad de organización, resolución de problemas y atención al detalle. Conocimientos de ofimática y sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera) Experiencia previa en puestos de recepción o atención al cliente (valorada positivamente). Nivel alto de español e inglés; se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas. Qué ofrecemos Incorporación a un hotel único, con un entorno privilegiado y un equipo apasionado por la hospitalidad.
