Job description
We are looking for a Leisure Project Manager specialized in VIP FIT clients to be part of our team in Madrid.
Liberty International Spain is a DMC of Liberty International Tourism Group, the leading independent and privately owned international Destination Management Company, established 30 years ago, and operating in more than 90 destinations worldwide.
Your Tasks:
• Design and operating itineraries to create unique experiences (FIT)
• Sourcing and coordination of all elements of travel programs (hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation, activities, etc.)
• Booking of each supplier according to the terms & conditions of the company
• Preparation of all the necessary documents for the clients (roadbooks and vouchers)
• Administrative tasks to close each file with administration.
Your profile:
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Spanish. Any other language, German or French, would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Spain as a Leisure destination
• Pro-active and enthusiastic personality with a high level of self-motivation
• common Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning database management programs.
