Verificações e análises no sistema, no início do turno, as entradas e saídas do dia, os eventos previstos; - Prestar um serviço geral ao cliente (telefone e serviço de Front-Office, check in e check out, fornecimento de informações internas e externas solicitadas por este último, esclarecimento de dúvidas, resposta a pedidos, etc.), procurando assegurar sempre a satisfação e lealdade totais.
