Seràs una figura clau en el lideratge de l'equip i assumiràs les funcions del/de la Front Office Manager en la seva absència.Les teves funcions principals seran:<ul><li>Supervisar el funcionament diari de la recepció i garantir el compliment dels estàndards de qualitat i servei.</li><li>Coordinar, donar suport i motivar l'equip de recepció.</li><li>Vetllar pel correcte desenvolupament dels processos de check-in, check-out, caixa, reserves i atenció al client.</li><li>Gestionar incidències, reclamacions i garantir una excel·lent experiència del client.</li><li>Supervisar l'ocupació de l'hotel, l'assignació d'habitacions, disponibilitat i tarifes.</li><li>Fer el seguiment dels objectius de venda, upselling i cross-selling.</li><li>Coordinar-se amb la resta de departaments (Housekeeping, Manteniment, F&amp;B, Experience, Revenue, Reserves i Grups) per assegurar una operativa fluida.</li><li>Participar en la planificació dels torns, la selecció i la formació de l'equip.</li><li>Preparar informes operatius, participar en reunions de departament i fer seguiment dels principals indicadors del servei.</li><li>Assumir les funcions de Front Office Manager i/o Duty Manager quan sigui necessari.</li></ul><h5>✅ Què busquem?</h5><ul><li>Experiència mínima de 2-3 anys en recepció d'hotel, valorant especialment experiència en posicions de supervisió o segon/a cap de recepció.</li><li>Experiència en hotels de 4* o 5*.</li><li>Coneixement de PMS hotelers; es valorarà especialment experiència amb Avalon.</li><li>Nivell alt d'anglès.</li><li>Es valoraran positivament altres idiomes, especialment francès i alemany.</li><li>Grau en Turisme o estudis similars, o experiència equivalent.</li><li>Capacitat de lideratge, organització i presa de decisions.</li><li>Orientació al client, resolució d'incidències i treball en equip.</li><li>Persona proactiva, responsable i amb iniciativa.</li><li>Flexibilitat horària.</li></ul><h5>🎯 Què oferim?</h5><ul><li>Remuneració segons conveni</li><li>Contracte indefinit</li><li>Jornada completa</li><li>Oportunitats de desenvolupament professional i promoció interna</li><li>Formació contínua</li><li>Bon ambient de treball i incorporació a un equip dinàmic i compromès</li><li>Servei de telemedicina, telerehabilitació i psicologia</li></ul>
